By engaging with these Assets, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the Assets.

1. Ownership & Rights

All Assets offered by the Provider remain solely owned by the Provider. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use these Assets under the terms outlined below. 

2. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to: - Leak, share, distribute, or make the Assets available to any third party. - Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise monetize the Assets in any manner. - Modify the Assets and represent them as your own. - Use the Assets in a manner that violates copyright laws or intellectual property rights. - Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or reproduce the Assets for unauthorized purposes.

3. Consequences of Violating This Agreement

 If you breach these terms, the following actions will be taken:

 - Immediate revocation of your license to use the Assets.

- Permanent prohibition from purchasing or accessing any future Assets from the Provider.

 - Potential legal action, which may include cease-and-desist orders, DMCA takedown notices, and claims for financial damages.

– Archive the Assets for future use, even in cases of internal takeover, regime change, or similar organizational shifts.

 4. Refund Policy

 Given the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or disputes regarding payments will lead to immediate blacklisting from future purchases.

 5. Enforcement & Legal Action

 The Provider reserves the right to monitor the usage of the Assets and take necessary steps to prevent unauthorized distribution. This may involve tracking digital fingerprints, issuing DMCA takedowns, and pursuing legal remedies for any damages incurred due to violations.

 6. Dispute of Access Termination

If your access to Assets is revoked or you are banned without clear justification or evidence of TOS violation, you reserve the right to formally dispute the action. The Provider must supply a reasonable explanation upon request. Failure to do so may result in a review of the Provider's own terms and potential reporting to relevant digital commerce or intellectual property authorities.

 7. Changes to Terms

 The Provider may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Assets after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. By purchasing or using the Assets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
